Kia is a 6month old aussie mix who escaped from her rescue transport in Newington VA. This is along I-95 at exit 166.
She was last seen @ 4:30pm dashing into/around the wooded area to the rear of Wendy's.
If you see her please DO NOT CHASE!!!
